Sita Lombard

As Campus Manager of Qualitas Career Academy, Sita has been part of the academy since 2008. Holding a Honours Degree in Communication Science and bringing over 30 years of experience in tertiary education, she oversees daily campus operations and fosters a structured, supportive learning environment, with a strong focus on workplace placement and career readiness.

Manager

Marina Visser

Marina fulfils the role of Academic Manager and oversees the Finance Department at Qualitas Career Academy, contributing to both academic and operational success. With decades of experience in education and qualifications in computer software and hardware, office management, financial management and Pastel, she ensures a structured and efficient learning environment for students and staff.

Business Partner and Academic Manager

Anra Faber

As Business Partner and Academic Manager of Qualitas Beauty & Wellness, Anra holds over 28 years of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. She has been part of the Qualitas Career Academy team since 2011. She holds Beauty and Wellness qualifications, including CIDESCO, SAAHSP as well as a B.Tech in Hospitality Management. She is passionate about excellence in education and the beauty industry, mentoring facilitators and helping shape industry-ready professionals.

Architectural Draughtsmanship
Business Partner and Academic Manager

Madelane Gerber

As a Professional Architect with 37 years of experience, Madelane Gerber has been part of Qualitas since 2013. She played a key role in establishing the Architectural Draughtsmanship programme, which, drawing on her expertise, is designed to provide students with practical, hands-on experience and equip them with industry-ready skills needed for successful careers in architecture and design.

Coordinator

Nedine Stroebel

As Course and Marketing Coordinator at Qualitas Career Academy, Nedine supports students and facilitators through structured systems, timetables and course coordination. With a degree in Communication Science with specialisation in Corporate Marketing Communication, she plays a key role in ensuring a smooth, organised, and engaging learning experience, while also managing marketing operations, including social media and website management.

Suzette van Wyk

As Senior Lecturer and Administrator in the Beauty & Wellness Division at Qualitas Career Academy, Suzette brings decades of experience in the field of beauty therapy and education. With a National Diploma in Beauty Technology, a Postgraduate diploma in Tertiary Education as well as a Honours degree in Sociology, she combines practical expertise with academic insight, supporting students in developing confidence and industry-ready skills.

Anke Bezuidenhout

With multiple beauty and skincare qualifications, such as a SAAHSP Health & Skincare National Diploma and an ITEC International Health & Skincare Diploma, Anke is passionate about helping students build confidence and develop the skills needed to succeed in the beauty and wellness industry. She combines academic experience with years of practical salon work to fulfil her role as facilitator at Qualitas Career Academy.

Corli Odendaal

As a Beauty Therapist and facilitator at Qualitas Career Academy, Corli brings both academic guidance and hands-on salon experience to the classroom. With experience and professional qualifications such as a Beauty and Wellness Diploma and a national diploma from SAAHSP, she is passionate about helping students build practical skills, confidence and professionalism for successful future careers in the beauty industry.

Anri van der Wath

Anri coordinates the Architectural Draughtsmanship programme at Qualitas Career Academy and teaches Applied Mathematics and Applied Physics. With a Master’s qualification in Architecture and extensive experience in the field, she equips students with the technical skills and industry-ready knowledge needed for professional practice.

Leon Titus

Leon is a Professional Architectural Technologist with 40 years of experience in the architectural field. Since joining Qualitas in 2019, he has brought his practical industry expertise to the Architectural Draughtsmanship programme, mentoring students and helping them build the practical skills and confidence needed to excel in architecture and design.

Facilitator

Ehan Skein

Ehan facilitates Design and Draughtsmanship for first- and second-year students in the Architectural Draughtsmanship Department. With a BA Fine Arts degree and a Diploma in Architectural Draughtsmanship, along with full-time experience at Roodt Architects, he helps students develop technical skills, creative thinking and industry-ready competencies.

Electrician - Facilitator

Gert van der Walt

Gert forms part of the facilitator team for the Occupational Certificate: Electrician course at Qualitas Career Academy. He brings more than 30 years of hands-on industry experience as a qualified Installation Electrician and business owner. Specialising in practical training, he guides students in developing essential technical skills and confidence for success in the electrical industry.

Hannes Niemann

Hannes is a facilitator for the Occupational Certificate: Electrician course at Qualitas Career Academy. He is a registered Professional Technologist holding a M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with extensive experience in consulting and operations. He focuses on building strong theoretical knowledge and practical application in the electrical field.

Hairdresser - Facilitator 

Frieda Willemse

As a qualified hairdresser in all three specialisations (Caucasian, afro and gents), Frieda brings over 26 years of experience in the hair industry. She has been with Qualitas Career Academy for 13 years, facilitating, assessing and moderating across all hairdressing disciplines while preparing students with practical, industry-ready skills.
